As I mentioned earlier this year, one of the goals I had for Fables was not only to further explore my creative side, but to also go to the other extreme and address fashion and beauty in the corporate world. Beyond this blog, during the day I spend at least 40 hours a week working in the corporate world (suits and all) and many times when my co-workers (usually female, but I won’t discriminate!) find out about my blog, they are usually intriguted about what brands I’d recommend, techniques for makeup application etc.

So I’m hoping with the help of some of my work friends, I’ll be able to create a number of useful posts and perhaps videos that everyone will find useful.

I also need to clarify that I by no means consider myself the “Fashion Police” or beauty expert! Nope, these are just tips and advice I personally follow, and are hence just my own opinion. The true beauty of the world is that we are all different and what works for me, may not work for you. And if it doesn’t, tell me so I can tell others

Initial topics I hope to cover will naturally be makeup, clothes, accessories, shoes, hair styles etc. I know I have a number of corporate workers who do read this blog and I welcome both your suggestions and advice as well~ Hopefully this is something we can all collaborate on together~
