Fables in USA ~ Segway & Benu

Segway

One of my favourite activities that we covered was getting the opportunity to ride of Segways. Not only was it generally just a ton of fun, it was a fantastic way to explore the city in more detail without having to exhaust yourself over walking through incredible hills…. No? Just me? I knew I was unfit :/

Me

I’ve made it a mission (that I might have to change as my picky appetite makes degustation menus challenging) to eat at atleast one Michelin rated restaurant each trip. This time we picked Benu. The food was Asian inspired and most dishes were delicious, but admittedly some were a bit too… exotic for me. Also FYI, I don’t drink alcohol so the glass of red you see of mine was really sparkling blackcurrant juice…. it makes me look mature and grown up!!
