Lancome Blush Highligher Rose Ballerine Review, Swatches and Photos

I was reluctant to release this product review since the product itself is no longer available. But then I thought, this review isn’t a positive one anyways! So if anything, maybe I’ll make people feel better if they didn’t manage to pick this item up?

Basically this was a blush highlighter recently released from Lancôme as part of their Spring 2014 collection, packaging is the only reason I decided to put my money towards it and I regret it.

Why? Because there is hardly any pigmentation, You can see my swatch above, which took about 4-5 attempts to get it to show for the camera. It took probably close to 8-9 swirls of the brush in the product so I could get some pigmentation or sheen to my cheeks, and taking into consideration that my skin tone is lighter than the majority, I can’t imagine how this would work for others.

All in all, this was a waste of money for me. Maybe it would have worked better for people with even lighter skin tones? Maybe, but I wouldn’t recommend this particular product unless you happen to be a product collector.
