One of my many weaknesses at duty free are the trio lip glosses / lipsticks of any brand I’m keen to try out but am not 100% sure where to start. Guerlain is one of those brands. I’ve discovered I love their face powder and am keen to try their foundation soon, but decided this time to give their glosses a shot. If you haven’t been through duty free before, a lot of the brands offer amazing bundles and kits of their product range, and in this case, lip products in three “common” shades together at a discounted price as a package. A great way to instantly expand your lip product collection with a bunch of wearable shades.

Guerlain’s Kiss Kiss Lip Gloss range is lovely and in comparison to many other brands, are surprisingly pigmented and wear incredibly well. However I did notice a bit of bleeding and sinking into my lip lines after a few hours had pass, something to keen in mind.

They do however smell amazing, they remind me of lemonade icy poles (and I may have not headed right to the supermarket to pick up a box of them after testing these glosses out…)

If you are a fan of lip glosses, I highly recommend these. You can wear them alone or on top of lipstick if you prefer.

I picked these up in duty free at an airport (can’t remember which one!), I’ve had a quick look online and can’t seem to find them 🙁 So if you’re keen, keep your eyes peeled when you next go through duty free 🙂

Keep Up with Mia

  1. Wow, all three look incredible! Which is usually not the case in the kits. Somehow, the companies always want to shove in a horrid shade, so somebody still buys it. I have dry lips, so the only gloss I like so far is Buxom. Laura Mercier is probably second favorite. I tried YSL and MAC, but didn’t like either. They just suck the life out of me. I’m not big into glosses mainly because my hair sticks to them and when I start to pull it out, I get the line on my cheek. Not a good look for work. I definitely prefer lipsticks over glosses, but rarely have time for either.

    1. Very true! I have a hard time finding the kits I actually want to walk away with! I only wear gloss when I have my hair tied up, cause I get the same problem 🙁 Really bad when your gloss is super pigmented, makes it harder to remove off your foundation!
