Guerlain Emilio Pucci Meteorites Review, Swatches and Photos

Guerlains’ Meteorites Pearls is a luxury cult favourite in the beauty community, it’s essentially a highlighter with a subtle shimmery finish.

It’s a pretty straight forward product, essentially you need a large fluffy face brush, swirl it around the pearls and then dust the product where desired. For me those place would be anywhere the light hits, such as forehead, nose bridge, cheek bones and chin.

The pearls give off a very subtle hint of glow, hardly noticeable on camera. In fact I had to apply it 4-5 times for it to appear up on the photo below. So I wouldn’t recommend this product at all if you are planning to use it exclusively for photo shoots or on film.

However, as an everyday highlighter for adding an airbrushed subtle glow to your skin? This is perfect! It’s enough to add just a little “something”, and the powder is finely milled enough to make it appear as if you aren’t even wearing any makeup.

A little perk to this product is the scent, it has a very sweet scent that I can’t accuratly identify. But I do have a sweet tooth and tend to be drawn to anything with a sweet scent. Great pick me up in the mornings 🙂

I’m not sure if this special edition version is still our anymore, but you can still purchase the standard version for $58US online

Keep Up with Mia
