Chanel Rouge Allure Moire Nail Polish Collection Review, Swatches and Photos
Chanel not to recently released a new collection (wow, lots of collections lately… reminds me of MAC to some degree…) called Chanel Rouge Allure Moire, which mostly consists of a number of lip colours and nail polishes. Apparently “moire” refers to the luminous feel each of the products from this line give off, and as you can see in the polishes below they definitely both lean on the shimmery side of things.
All swatches are 2 coats with no top coat.
Rose Moire
A light pearly rose shimmer shade, beautiful colour and highly wearable for day to day. But due to the metallic nature you can see the brush strokes left behind.
Rouge Moire
A pearly deep red shade. Pigmentation is intense and reminds me of berries. It contains loads of red micro shimmers to give it that luminous effect. I love that it is shimmery without being too metallic and so the brush strokes do not show up as much as they did for Rose Moire. Lovely rich shade!
