Dior Rouge Dior Fall 2013 Nail Polish Collection Review, Swatches and Photos

Recently Dior launched their Rouge Dior range, which primarily focused on lips and nails. I haven’t had an opportunity to try their lipsticks, but without a doubt the nail polishes spoke to me and yes, that is because they are Dior polishes! My favourite polishes of all time 🙂

The shades available in this collection are admittedly nothing overly unique, don’t get me wrong, they are beautiful shades but I know I’ve seen these multiple times in many other collections.

You’ll find the swatches below are two coats without any top coats.

Trafalgar

A chilli red crème, your typical but pretty mandatory red in any person’s collection.

Nuit 1947

A deep red wine crème, whilst this is a dark shade, it isn’t so dark that it could be mistaken for a black shade. Very vampy.

Darling

This is probably the odd shade of the lot, because it reminds me a little of summer / spring instead. This is a pinky red colour, a deeper watermelon shade. Very pretty and my personal favourite from this collection.

Rouge

The namesake for this collection, a true Rouge shade. Very blue toned red and beautiful! I feel like this is a more mature red than Trafalgar.
