Katy Perry Lashes by Eylure Review and Photos

Not so recently Katy Perry in hand with Eylure released a range of fun and colourful false lashes that are perfect for a night out or a photo shoot~ I remember watching American beauty bloggers / youtubers review these lashes and I always wondered what they were like. So I was super excited to see them land in my mail box shortly after! Thank you kindly Eylure 🙂

I was provided three pairs of full lashes and one set of individual cluster lashes to try out. First thing you’ll notice is each of these lashes have coloured lashes infused with the black lashes, giving each one a pop of colour.

Starting with the full lashes, if you’re looking for natural false lashes and then keep moving, these lashes are definitely aimed to give a more dramatic look. Very in line with Katy Perry’s whole look of “in your face” dramatic appearance. These are perfect for photo shoots / costumes and with Halloween coming up, these would be great!

They have a very thick lash band which is again not great if you want something subtle, but perfect if you want a strong eye look. I find thicker lash bands easier to apply, I know some people find them to be uncomfortable to wear but personally, probably because I tend to use false lashes with virtually every creative makeup look I put together, these felt fine to me.

The individual clusters are much more suitable for those who want a subtle look with a small kick. I prefer to attach three clusters to the outer corner of each eye, it still helps to dress up my eyes, but without being too dramatic. Perfect for a special night out 🙂

Loving these lashes, I can’t wait to use them for some up coming Book of Fables 😀

  1. I haven’t seen these around yet! I don’t think they’re dramatic at all, in fact I think they are pretty tame! The individual lashes look really cute!
