Yay! It’s my first product review from Hong Kong 🙂 I am going to do my best to try and only review asian cosmetics whilst here, though I can’t deny that American brands such as Makeup Forever that aren’t available in Australia are perking my interest!!

Anyways, first product is a face powder by Za Cosmetics, I don’t know a whole lot about the brand except it’s a relatively inexpensive one stocked in all the Sasas I’ve visited thus far.

I currently use this to help set my liquid foundation, but admittedly I don’t find it does a great job at mattifying my face. I feel like I really need to pack on the powder for it to mattify my shiny face (shiny because in the morning I apply SPF then and foundation with SPF). I hardly notice it on my face at all, plus side is that it’s not at all cakey.

The powders come in a range of 3 shades, this one being the lightest of all. Love the packaging though, all those mirrors have already proven very useful 🙂 I’ve also noticed from my experience thus far that Za’s face products tend to be rose scented, similar but not as over powering as Anna Sui products.

All in all, it’s a nice product, but almost pointless. I’d get a face powder that could properly set my foundation. Feel free to have a go if you’re keen on a sheer almost non-existent powder.

Keep Up with Mia
