OOTD ~ New York City Dinner

Via Spiga Trench Coat

A year back when I was planning this trip to the States, I purposed selected Spring in the northern hemisphere. Having travelled through Europe during Summer, I thought Spring would be the best option. Trust my luck, when we arrived in New York, it was unseasonably cold, and so finding a suitable jacket was top on my list.

Despite the weather, it was surprisingly difficult to find any place that sold trench coats, eventually we happened upon a small corner of Macy’s and found this particular Coral jacket, the only jacket in my size! I would call this a blessing in disguise because I typically wouldn’t go for something so bright, but I didn’t have much of a choice and now I love it~ It’s encouraging me to invest in more colourful pieces for my wardrobe!
