Imagery ~ QV Glasshouse High Tea

A couple of weekends ago, myself and the usual trigger happy crew headed over to QV to try out the Glasshouse Tea & Coffee (which as since come and gone). Essentially it was a small “tent” set up to serve tea and cake and other small. $5 for tea and cake? Well, I’m not a huge fan of tea without copious amounts of sugar and ice, but sure! Turns out the cake was sweet enough to counter the tea 🙂

It was like stepping into a tiny make shift English garden, beautiful flowers, dainty furniture, immaculate (fake) grass and a butterfly enclosure. Unfortunately I have a bit of a fear of butterflies, but that’s another story, so I stayed far away from them.

It was the perfect afternoon to relax with friends and discuss upcoming holidays. I can’t wait to visit them next time they set up.
